Feather & Down Self Care Serenity Gift

With sleep not really being my friend, I am a bit of a fan of trying heated eye masks, pillow mists, calming bath and shower products, weighted blanket and even white noise in the hope sleep comes and stays.   Feather and Down believe there is very little more important than a good night's sleep and for that, they have created an award-winning range of products which work together, or on their own to encourage and aid a restful nights sleep and today I am sharing the Self Care Serenity Gift Set, which also makes a lovely set for Mothers Day (Sunday)!.

The Self Care Serenity Gift Set contains a 50ml Cooling Body Lotion and a 10ml rollerball and they use the lavender/chamomile essence, a scent which is for me, one I identify Feather & Down with.

The Cooling Body Lotion is described as being calm and cooling on the skin, a well known sleep fact is that the feel of cooling and gentle application of the lotion in a steady massage movements can help to reduce stress, so perfect for use before bed time. For me, I have to be cool when going to sleep, so I use a silk pillow case for example to avoid a hot pillow situation.  What I like about this lotion is that it instantly cools, especially after a shower and if you like the Feather & Down scent, then this lotion simply compliments the shower/bath essence.

The Sweet Dreams Relaxing Roll On once again has that signature Feather & Down scent to it and it is ideal for using on your pulse points as and when you feel the need to use it and because of its size, it is handy for having in your handbag, travel bag, on your desk and bedside table.
