One thing I love about this time of year is candles, whilst I do burn them all year round, there is something more snug and cosy about the long dark nights and a candle o two being lit. Hot Toddy is described as being a seasonal candle that is a modern take on the traditional winter warmer. For me, the term Hot Toddy is a reminder of the advice I was always given then I had a bad head cold, the cure of all illness. With this candle it has those spicy notes of nutmeg and patchouli which gives that rich woody, spicy and Earthy notes and it works with the aromatic warmth and richness of vanilla and frankincense, which together stops the vanilla from being too overpowering, instead it sits in the background with its sweet notes.
