Glossybox Beauty Desires Edition - November 2021

This month's edition of Glossybox has arrived and it following on from the Masquerade Box for October, we are now looking at embracing elegant, timeless beauty with the November edition.  The Beauty Desires Edition is about tempting you with soft, silk-like textures that caress your skin and irresistibly rich make-up must haves.
Glossybox Beauty Desires Edition - November 2021
Inside this months box there is five products and it is a mixture of skincare and makeup from some really lovely brands.  The first product out of the box comes from E.L.F Cosmetics with the Bitesize Eyeshadow Palette - Berry Bad.
Glossybox Beauty Desires Edition - November 2021
This quad contains four eyeshadows – 2 mattes and 2 shimmer shades and it comes packaged inside a white palette with a clear lid so you can see those shades inside, it is the perfect size for popping int your handbag, so perfect for the festive season. As the name suggests Berry Bad, these are soft pink and berry shades, though they don't have names.  Starting on the left side of the palette is the lightest almost nude shade which works well as a base and then depending on how much you want that shadow to pop you can ad the shimmers, which for me work better when using my finger than a brush to pack it on the eyes.  Neither of the shimmers are itchy or gritty, but there is a fair bit of fall out.

The second product is from Commodity and it is a fragrance called Paper. This is a brand I have heard of but haven't, until now tried, so I am definitely intrigued by them.
Glossybox Beauty Desires Edition - November 2021
Paper is said to be lightweight and effortless and it opens with the molecular Iso E Super, a note which you might be more familiar with in the brand known as Escentric Molecules. As a note, Iso E Super is quite a dry, woody scent to it which does smell different on everyone, with some people unable to detect it at all.  As this scent settles on the skin, the notes of Skin Musk, which to me always has a floral woody scent to it, giving it a cleanness but then we get the base note of Amber which is quite musky and rich.  As a fragrance, I enjoyed this a lot, as it dries down and really comes to life, it is just divine.

The next products comes from a brand you will have seen a lot of on my blog, E-Cooking and the product is the Cleansing Gel.
Glossybox Beauty Desires Edition - November 2021
Ideal for normal or oily skin, the vegan cleansing gel is infused with a whole host of amazing ingredients.  Starting with soothing Cucumber and Aloe Vera, the cleanser works to melt away dirt, impurities and other nasties lurking on the skin, whilst replenishing deep moisture which helps to maintain that healthy skin balance. We then have Antioxidant Vitamin E helps to neutralise free radical damage to fight against premature ageing and create a smooth, bright and revitalised complexion.

The penultimate product within this box comes from Karina with a Beauty Sponge Blender, a product you can never have too many of.
Glossybox Beauty Desires Edition - November 2021
This Beauty Blender, which is very Glossybox pink, is designed to apply your foundation, concealer, liquid blush, bronzer or your highlighter with ease, getting into those harder to reach areas owing to its shape and design.

The final product in the box comes from Human + Kind with their Elderflower Hand Scrub.
Glossybox Beauty Desires Edition - November 2021
Designed to remove dead and dry skin, this scrub uses the likes of Shea butter, sunflower oil, raspberry seeds plus elder and country almond leaves which provide intensive nourishment and protect the skin against dryness. Not just for use on the hands, you can also use this scrub on your elbows, feet, round the ankles and the knees, all those places which dry out quickly and become rough, so gentle is this scrub, it does a great job at removing the dead skin cells and with its delicate scent, leaves my skin soft and smooth to the touch.

As you will all know, Glossybox is a beauty box subscription service and it costs as little as £11 per month here*. By subscribing to these boxes, it gives you the chance to get your hands on the Limited Edition boxes.
