The January Edition of Glossybox is all about taking inspiration from the natural world around us. I think one issue we are all more aware of, thanks to the likes of Sir David Attenborough and others, is the environment within which we live is sacred and we all need to be doing our bit.
So, to start of the New Year and 2021, this months box is focused on the fresh and pure with that it brings you a selection of powerful yet gentle products that your skin is going to adore. So the team over at Glossybox say “Strip back your beauty routine and showcase your natural beauty within”
The first product out of the box is from Daily Concepts with their Daily Reusable Rounds.
These natural and reusable makeup removal rounds are the perfect solution for helping you to start minimising your eco footprint. Ideal for cleaning and makeup removal, they stop the need for cotton wool pads and makeup wipes - both of which you dispose of, with these, you simply wash them and reuse them.
From ECooking, we have the moisturising serum. Described as being perfect for all ages in skin types this ear and give your skin a much-needed moisture boost.
I looking in your skins natural moisture and providing an extra kick of hydration this E cooking serum helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles to ensure your skin looks useful and radiant.
The third product within this box comes from Saint Luxe, a brand I am not at all familiar with. The product in question is the Brow Gel.
This clear brow gel quite an effort effortlessly leaving your brows look in full and giving them a perfect shape that is designed to stay all day the brush which is quite short also helps to give you precise placement whilst at the same time ensuring there is no excess residue.
From beauty pro we have the avocado infuse sheet mask. I am loving using up my collection of sheet masks right now and Beauty Pro have some amazing ones within their collection.
This avocado a few sheet mask will leave your complexion feeling softer and smoother than ever completely plant-based and with its enriching superfood ingredient which has been sourced in New Zealand the sheet mask also protect the skin from the elements and eight images in appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
The next product I have comes from Mudmasky with their Serum Infused Eye Mask. Mud mask is a brand I’ve come to know for beauty boxes and this is the first time, in whilst that I’ve got to use a skincare product rather than hair care product.
This Serum-infused Eye Mask is said to have been specifically formulated for the thin and sensitive skin under your eyes. It contains a super-high level of natural antioxidants. Its job is to improve the elasticity of the skin after 4 – 7 uses and in doing that, the skin under your eyes is said to look visibly less dark and less sunken.
The final item within my box comes from You are sanitiser with a hand disinfectant gel.
I have always used hand gel, for as long as I can remember and it’s a product I always have in my hand bag, on my desk and usually there is some in the bathroom too. This one Is the hand sanitiser gel with 75% ethanol. It kills 99.999% Germs whilst increasing your skin moist by 34%. What I really like about it is it’s a handy size for keeping in your handbag.
This months Glossybox is definitely more practical and serious rather than fun and I am okay with that. I like the theme, I like the products, I love that there is a mixture of brands and of course whether you like skincare or makeup, there is the offering of both within this box.
As you will all know, Glossybox is a beauty box subscription service and it costs as little as £11 per month here*. If you have followed the Glossybox journey over the past year, then you will know that most boxes sell out super quickly, so I expect this one to do just that.
