Nadine Baggott, if you haven't come across her before (I can't believe you haven't) is a fountain of knowledge. She has been a Health & Beauty Journalist and TV presenter for 30 years and has an amazing YouTube Channel which she likes to refer to as Beauty Grown Ups and on there you get a real insight into the world of beauty without the bullish tone and attitudes.
