As part of their commitment to be zero waste by the end of 2021, REN is asking for the wider community for help this Black Friday and you can play your part!
How You Can Help
- The Digital Clean Up – did you know the carbon footprint of the internet is around 3.7% of global greenhouse emissions? Help by clearing out unnecessary apps, videos and pictures on your devices.
- The IRL Clean UP – Wear a mask and get outside to pick up at least 5 pieces of litter. Recycle them and stop them from entering oceans and nature. (following local guidelines)
- Shop & Clean Up. Spend over £60 on renskincare.com and they will gift you 2 free products that you can choose to donate one or both to those in need with Beauty Banks.
By the end of 2021 REN will only be producing recycled, recyclable or reusable packaging, much of which they are doing already with their products. Also on Black Friday, REN Clean Skincare will be donating 15% of sales to Plastic Planet. REN Clean Skincare has an ongoing partnership to support and promote Planet Patrol who organise live litter clean ups across the world and have collected 299,900 pieces so far from rivers and oceans across the globe.

Essentially describing themselves as being a bit like a Foodbank but instead they supply personal care and hygiene essentials instead of food, to people in the UK who can't afford to be clean.
