If ever there was a brand which is just beautiful, it is Omorovicza and it is a brand I have featured a few times now on my blog, most recently with the Scalp Mask which saw the brand reach out into a new category. Back to skincare and I have been using the newly launched Peachy Micellar Cleansers which are described as being the no-fuss, quick and easy solution to cleansing.
I am all for lazy skincare, but in doing so, I want something that is effective and lives up to its claims. From Omorovicza we have a product that I wasn't sure what to expect from and yet it has turned out to be one of the best Micellar products I have ever used and admittedly I have never found a product that has won me over.
With 60 discs inside the pot soaked in a super gentle and natural micellar solution, they are just so good at removing absolutely everything in their path including those pesky waterproof mascaras that are often a nightmare to remove. Along with makeup, dirt, grime, pollution and even excess oils are not a match for these discs. Unlike other brands which do these type of products, my skin after using feels clean and hydrated and there is no oily film coating left behind.
They feature a delicate peachy scent which I really like, it is quite a fresh and comforting scent. They also feature natural olive oil ester which delivers a micellar technology, creating micelles whose job is to act as a magnet, drawing out dirt and oil from pores. Damask Rose flower water, which is known for its soothing, softening and skin regenerating properties. Finally, we have Omorovicza’s patented Healing Concentrate™ which leaves skin firmer, more supple and younger-looking.
To use, you simply take one of the discs and wipe it across the skin, much the same as any cotton wool pad and what you will see is just how quickly the whiteness of that disc turns a rather grim brown colour as it removes everything in its path. I absolutely love how my skin feels after using these discs, they are great for that first cleanse, great for when you have little time or are just too tired after a very long day to go through the motions of a double cleanse, they really do such a good job at cleansing the skin, that I am more than happy to just use them when I am tired or in a hurry.
These Peachy Micellar Cleanser Discs can be used both morning and evening, though I prefer to use them in the evening as part of my double cleanse routine. The Omorovicza Peachy Micellar Cleansers are priced at £35 for 60 discs (here*), but if you do have sensitive skin and struggle to find a makeup remover that doesn't sting or dry out your skin, then these might just be the product you need in your life, because they are neither drying or harsh on the skin.
