Feral Cosmetics Liquid Matte Lipsticks

Feral Cosmetics is a brand I have loved getting to know and they hail all the way from Los Angeles. Feral Cosmetics is a cruelty-free and vegan beauty brand which comes all the way from Los Angeles and I have really loved getting to know more about who they are and discover how fabulous their lip products are. Here in the UK Feral Cosmetics can be found on Beauty Chamber.  Not too long ago I featured both the Liquid Matte Lipsticks and the Ultra Satin Lipsticks here and here.

New to launch from Feral Cosmetics are six new shades within the Liquid Matte Lipstick range and I am sharing them with you today. One thing to note with Feral  Cosmetics is just how amazing the formula is, often with matte liquids, I find them to quite drying and not great with longevity, quite a different story with these.
“Feral Cosmetics Liquid Matte Lipsticks are creamy smooth, fully opaque and dry matte with a touch proof finish. Long Lasting High End Formula. Cruelty Free & Vegan. All Feral products are free from any animal derived ingredients and they do not test on animals.“

The six new shades are a great mixture of shades, so whether you like your nudes and pinks or maybe something a little bit different and more out there,

Here are the new shades and as well as being a fabuous formula, I also love the doe foot applicator which doesn't over capture too much product for application.
  • Say I Do – described as being a special colour for that special day. A really lovely, every day medium pink shade.
  • Mocha holic – the darkest shad within the new releases and I never thought I would want to wear a brown lip colour, but I quite like this, it is warm toned and dries much lighter than I was expecting.
  • Page Me 143 – An incredible cool toned nude and my favourite of the 6 shades here. Easy to wear, perfect for all occasions and one I have worn the most.
  • Unicorn Poop – For those who love their bold shades, Unicorn Poop is most definitely for you, it is bold, bright and incredibly Kooky!
  • Sex on the Beach – This is a really pretty bright orange toned red which is said to have been inspired by watermelon. It dries the quickest of all 6 shades too.
  • Rosé All Day – If you like your pastel nude shades, then this is the one for you. With a slight peach undertone, it is very pretty and again perfect for all occasions.
I think all 6 of these shades are really pretty and I love that there is a mixture of bright and bold with natural and nude shades.  I am most comfortable wearing shades are all just stunning and naturally, I am more comfortable wearing Page Me 143 than I am Unicorn Poop, there might just be that one time when I need to have a bright purple lip. When swatching these shades, they do dry pretty quickly and in the photograph shown below, which is unedited, you can see that Unicorn Poop is dry whereas Sex On The Beach and Page Me 143 are still drying.

Longevity is a big factor for some people when purchasing their lipstick. You don't want to be spending upwards of £20 on something that lasts just an hour on the lips when applied.  These liquid lipsticks are priced at £15 each, which I think is an incredible bargain and when I have worn Page Me 143, I have had 5-6 hours wear before I have felt I needed to re-apply.
Once applied, they are not drying and don't feel as though they will crack should you smile and they sit so comfortably, I forget I am wearing a liquid lip.

I think it is fair to say that I am quite a fan of Feral Cosmetics and I am excited to see what they have to release next.  Available from Beauty Chamber.
