Purple Tree Miracle Balm

I am a huge fan of multipurpose balms and have recently been introduced to the Miracle Balm by Purple Tree. Purple Tree Skincare is a British beauty brand created specifically to bring naturally derived ingredients with multi-purpose benefits into your skincare products. What's more, Purple Tree is also - Vegan-Friendly, Cruelty-Free, Made in the UK, Paraben and Sulfate Free and made from naturally derived ingredients.

Purple Tree Miracle Balm
Looking similar to Dr PawPaw, I was sent the Grapefruit, Vanilla and Blueberry Miracle Balms and what I liked from the onset is that the packaging represents each flavour and at 25ml, these tubes are perfect for shoving into your handbag.

When people talk about multiuse products, it can have all kinds of meaning. To me, it means a product that does more than 2-3 things or it can be used for 2-3 or even more uses. These balms can be used too:
  • Moisturise chapped lips
  • Use it as a Primer
  • Use on the cheekbones to add a subtle highlight
  • Use on eyelashes before applying Mascara to help elongate the lashes
  • Use it to tame eyebrows
  • Moisturise dry hands
  • Moisturise dry cuticles and nails
  • Use it to moisturise dry elbows, heels and knees
  • Use it tame flyaway hair
  • Smooth and condition dry ends of your hair
Like many multiuse products, there is a multitude of ways in which you can use them and it is always best to try and find out which ones work better for you.
  • Grapefruit - Miracle Balm uses a natural extract of Grapefruit to moisturise and provide relief from dry, cracked and irritated lips and skin. One Grapefruit contains more than half your recommended daily allowance of Vitamin A and it is known for its ability to help keep the skin looking healthy. I really like the scent of this balm, it is quite tangy and fresh scented.
  • Vanilla - Miracle Balm uses a natural extract of Vanilla and despite its sweet scent, which I sometimes find a little overpowering, within this balm, it isn't at all, it is much more subtle. Vanilla is rich in antioxidants which helps keep the skin healthy.
  • Blueberry - Miracle Balm uses natural Blueberry Seed Oil which is high in antioxidants which helps to keep the skin looking healthy. Like the two other balms, there is a slight subtle scent to the formula and it isn't too overpowering or manufactured.
Easy to apply, it doesn't linger on the skin and once on the skin, these balms are neither tacky or greasy at all. Priced at £3.99 you can find these balms via BeautyMart, Amazon, and Beautybase.  If these flavours are not for you, then you can also get the balms in Shea Butter, Papaya, Pomegranate, Aloe, Coconut, Watermelon, Peach and even a Signature Balm option.
